Nowaday, I found some expat like you will try to live in place call "Pat Heung" in Yuen Long. They rent places called village type house, which definitely provide you pretty good space. Rent is cheap. If you had a budget of HK$ 20K, you can probably go for the whole building upto 3 levles. each level typically have 700 sq.ft. With car-parking space.
People travel to Shenzhen by shuttle bus at the "Kam Sheung Road" KCRC station. cost not more than $30 per trip. And is only 20 mins journey to the boarder. And from Pat Heung is only 30-40 mins bus ride to Central. |
