Our first Dinner Club will be on Aug 17th in a private kitchen called Ingredients in Central. We will enjoy a 5-course meal (menu details below). Seating is limited and fortunately we have managed to secure a table for 15. Let me know if you are interested in joining by

- hot soup of carrots w seafood salsa, cream n chives
- chilled fish mousse w orange soy glaze, tobiko n chives
- baked beefsteak tomato w fragrant herbs on roasted garlic w red n yellow pepper puree n demi glaze sauce
-pan fried sirloin of new zealand lamb, stuffed w spiced vegetable puree, wrapped in bacon, garlic mashed potatoes, byaldi n star anise syrup.

- seared-pan fried lemon oil infused atlantic salmon or catch of the day, seasoned with fennels n cloves, pickled onions, butter hbraised napa cabbage, chili citrus sauce w apricot n crisp capers topping
-julienne of romaine hearts w anchovies n parmesan dressing
-strawberry n lime soup w coconut sesame ice cream n champagne sorbet
- tea or coffee
