Well I am in the same boat .
My husband is in China at the moment . A company in Wuhan is considering hiring him for Wuhan office possibly Shanghai . Ok so no barking , kept inside , and do not scare general population , CHECK! that I can deal with
But what about taking them for walks in parks or isolated woody area ? is that permitted , cuz if its not , I am no going to China , Hubby can find himself another wife .

Well my gf live in Wuhan, she has one dog and she go always out with him, i didnt saw lots people with dog there but strange u talk about this problems.. i will ask my gf. I dont think is a problem have a dog in wuhan. Also i saw many dogs shops.
