can probably get what you want at Lo Wu Comm. Ctr. they have many tailors there (throughout the ctr but most condensed on 4/F & 5/F). there's one shop on the 5/F that has loads & loads of fabric + tailors galore - it's at the end of the floor). see lots of foreigners & HKers getting stuff made. of course, always agree on a price before paying and get s'thg in writing. this weekend will surely be PACKED w/ people. good luck !!
