Your best bet is to try and talk with your landlord, even offer (or have the company offer) to pay for an agent to find someone for the place.

We had a similar situation where we recalled and had to break a lease. At first the landlord was a real jerk, but we managed to have an agent intervene and we got off just paying the agent fee (50% of one months rent). The landlord got a new tennant in less than a week, at a higher rent so they were happy.
