personally i think thats quite a low salary for a graduate with
2yrs experience. I'm an architectural graduate too, with 2 yrs
under my belt, and i've just been in hk for 2 months now.
I'm currently employed in a small practice and i did manage to do alot of research into salaries, and in my opinion u should be getting more that what you have posted. However if they are reluctant to increase your pay, it might be in your interest to accept the job for now, and scout around to see what else is available. anyway, my 2 cents.....
