I am also interested in taking an Interior Design Course but for me it would be a bit of a hobby and part time. I found these two courses:
HKUSPACE offers Introduction courses etc. check out their website and then search for design:

The Open University offers a RHODEC Associate Diploma in Interior Design:

You can also go to the Rhodec website and do it far distance...
