what about living near olympic station?
dont know whether you have kids or anything, but 10k MIGHT get you a place actually at olympic station itself if you looked hard enough .. or least very close by (eg 5 min walk); friends of mine were looking at apartments near olympic about 6 months ago and they wanted to pay less than 10k and saw a couple of nice places. you could just go see the local agents at olympian city, or look at the websites someone posted above.
