Tung Chung is more secluded and is very much away from the "centre" of Hong Kong. It depends what your purpose for coming here is - if you are with family and are a bit of a home body, then tung chung might suit you; however if you are more of a partier then I'd suggest you look for something a little further down the mtr line towards town. There are soooooooooooooo many places that you can get with health clubs, pool, etc for $10000 per month you wouldn't even know where to start looking. I bet you wont even have to pay that much.
