This is on similar lines,Ii need to know for the CX Management program is it a pre-requsite to know Mandarin? I am just starting to learn it but I want to apply for the Sep intake. Also another question is that if anyone who has been to these CX Mangement program interviews is that is it true that the questions asked are not related to airline industry/business? Because I was talking to someone who went to these interviews and the questions were more on politics and she was turned away because she was unable to answer the questions asked.
