What is it that makes me feel less proud is people spitting on the ground, either spitting up spit, or other disgusting stuff, or people making sounds in their throat to cough something out....that is really disgusting and not sanitary...and really not a thing u come across in Canada or USA.
I am citizen of both Canada and HK, but now I consider myself more of a Canadian than a HKnese.
Even though PRC chinese and HK chinese are ALL chinese, but then alot of HK chinese people do discriminate the PRC ones...alot of reasons involved...
But then during my stay in HK for many months last year, I came across a lot of people with bad manners...don't know if its HK people culture or something?

Personally, i have no problems with anyone from the mainland. Most seems to be honest people who come to Hong Kong to make more money and maybe seek a better life for their family.
So, I was wondering, Are you proud of being Chinese? and What is it that makes you feel less proud? and Why?
