i have issues with space and age of the building also. Found a few decent one that doesn;t cost arm and leg.
North Point Island Place 5 years old, alot of Japanese live here. 4 MTR stop away from Wan Chai. Garden, swimming pool. No gym, but ocean view if u live up top.
Another one in Fortress Hill, don;t know the name of the building, 2 years old, 3 MTR stop away from wan chai. Inhouse dry clean, gym, blal blal tennis court.... ect
They both pretty new, and the size of the room is pretty decent, near MTR. We end up go for the North Point one as it have bigger kitchen and have oven also.
