you have picked up the right vibe in regards to nathan rd shops, steer clear. if something stuffs up, the warranty wont be there for you.

there are a few more popular places, one from memory was coxell's booth on HK side, also a few in stanley st. apart from stanley st, i haven't been to these places yet, as all i can do is window shop at present
and it just makes me feel bad to see these cool toys that i can't get my hands on yet...
but yes, do avoid nathan rd. the prices are great... as the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true... you know the rest...
