Many thanks to your generous sharing about the place - it's the most complete review that I have come across so far.
Island Harbourview will definitely be one of the places I will consider. For your information, I'm also considering Kornhill, Tai Koo Shing, and Laguna. A decision will only be made after I visit all four locations when I start work in September.
