The WECL store is in 201 ApLiu Street, Sham Sui Po. It's a busy place even on a quiet day. Look for the WECL sign, same logo as the web site. Exit the MTR A2 onto Apliu St, look to the right (North West), you can see it above the street stalls on the LHS of ApLiu St.
Ground floor is mostly AV/CCTV stuff, go upstairs.
