As I see it, some HK locals don't value dogs like the Western expats do, so they don't feel guilty in the slightest when they dump them, or shift locations and leave the dog behind etc. I feel there's a hell of a lot of rescue dogs here, but as it's been mentioned, there's probably just as many in other countries. |
