The most humorous thing I found was that the girl, whilst explaining " its a technical problem, the computer is broken " spoke whilst cherrying up her lovely face as she realised the Gweilo was on to her from the very start.
Talking to people waiting it seemed most where unaware and to cap it all there are no notices informing you . Quote from the helpers " I don't know anything about it. Ask at the window. Maybe you can. " I parried with " maybe its a timing thing " and received blank looks.

And how long was the line at China Resource Building same normal long line or extra extra long?
I am suspecting that in a few weeks time if the so called policy is not overturned then the lines will become longer.
