I of course should have been more specific and was referring to events after 1959. However you are right that Tibet has had an extremely colourful history over several hundreds of years.
Actually I took a look at Wiki myself and think that it's a pretty balanced article and compares well to other articles and books I have read which broach the subject. The usual ding merchants at work I think. |
