Actually the ban started at embassy outside of HK about 1 month ago before it hit HK.
In early March, I sent my passport out of HK to get 1 year visa because HK only allowed me 6 months. The silly travel agent decided to proceed with a 2 entry because of she says its a new ruling and better that I have a visa than none!!!
So I decided to use up the 2 entry before applying again last Friday, and thats when I realised I'm majorly screwed. Talk about bad timing
