There is a beautiful, huge park, Victoria Park, on top of the Peak (about a 15 minute uphill walk or 2 minute cab ride from the Peak Galleria) that does allow dogs (technically leashed, but its empty during weekdays and nobody is around). Definitely worth taking dogs up there to run and play.
