Ferry ride from DB pier to central is under 30mins.
A taxi ride will get you to CWB in another 10 mins. Bus #2, 11 & 25 too but take longer waiting for all the busstops & etcs.
Assume monthly commute cost ~HK$1k.
I hardly ever hear any plane noise at all.
Swing by over weekend & talk to residents / estate agents to check the place out.
