Are we talking about the same Hong Kong Island, or is gohome.com.hk completely wrong? There are plenty of reasonable looking flats in North Point (for example) at around 1.3, 1.4 million. I don't want a mansion there...remember, this is only for vacations. Four hundred something square feet in that range.
Either way, I live in an area where you need to spend at least 1.5 million USD for a semi-decent house. So I would consider a 5 million HKD flat there almost free. And remember, I said I wasn't sure what a reasonable price range was. Please provide me with some useful information (what do you think is correct?) rather than pointless replies. |
