| I actually spoke to someone pretty high up at PCCW Customer Service about this. They said they know about the situation, but because it works for them, they're going to continue doing it until they're stopped.
The last time some guy came by, I told him he didn't need to say anymore and told him I didn't want to speak to him. He was cool about it. I guess they're just doing their job, crappy as it is. I joke around with my siblings about going to the door with a baseball bat the next time they show up, but I've decided that probably wouldn't be the nicest thing to do, funny as it might be. |
