Thumbs up cheaper than 100 per person

The best cheap northern Chinese food in Central (that I know of) is Wang Fu.

They have 2 small places on Wellington, the block just east of the escalator:
a small dumpling place on the south side and a slightly bigger, but still pretty small restaurant on the north side of that same block.

Great food, no MSG, genuine Beijing-style food. Of course, it's nothing fancy. The dumpling skins are sometimes a bit soggy, but all of the other food is great.

It's a very modest place, but with modest prices: a really great deal. It'd be difficult to pay more than 80 dollars/person, unless you ate a LOT.
