Allow me to add:
The Chinese culture is backwards, so that's why HK is getting worse year by year, since 1997.
HK is not a good place to be, unless you already are rich or get transfered here by an employer. And still, the HK Chinese are not exactly friendly to foreigners, although I was told by them that "HK needs fresh overseas blood".
