| Rex: Its no longer a twoonie at KFC, it went from $2 (long time ago) to $2.22, and now I think its in the ballpark of $2.89. As for Harveys, they've been slowly fading away. For those who haven't been back for awhile, last year they stopped selling breakfast altogether (no more $2.99 sunrise special), and several locations have closed. The exception to this might be the union station location in downtown Toronto.
The one thing HK certainly doesn't have are west indian restaurants ... nothing beats a nice big trini roti and some doubles. The one thing I will miss are good 'ol home bbqs. |
