Yes, although if you do this more than once or twice you may start getting a lot of questions at the immigration.

Also, you should know that it's technically illegal for you to search for a job while here on a tourist visa (not that many don't do that, but you should be aware that it's not legal and probably not a good conversation topic to strike up with an immigration officer).

Getting married and applying for a dependent visa (which allows you to work) is another option.
