| JGL is right, if your network did reboot, because the power outage lasted longer than the 45 minutes - 1 hour that a UPS will remain running, just run a simple executable file ie script to launch the cam application upon reboot. If you are running a wireless network, it will automatically log on to the internet anyway.
Nothing hard about that...
