fiol_brothers: you may want to look into language teaching jobs in Hong Kong. With a university degree and a teaching qualification (which can be obtained in a few months) you have a chance of finding work that will qualify you for an employment visa. Finding a job teaching Italian won't be as easy as finding a job teaching English or Mandarin, but I have seen some advertisements for Italian language courses around, so there must be at least some demand for Italian teachers. If you consider this option, doing some language tutoring while you are in Italy will give you some experience that HK immigration will view favorably. Good luck.
