Even if it is true, is not a valid excuse. When you adopt a child, it is for life! If it has mental or physical problems then, sorry, you have to deal with it. If I have a child born with down's syndrome, I can't euthanize the child or give it away. I do feel sorry for the family; the world is a cruel and unfair place. Millions of family deal with handicapped children, depression, alcoholism... They have no choice but to accept it. When you make a commitement like adopting, then that child becomes your child forever...you have to deal with however the child grows up.
