nah, didn't think much of Mr Farnham, he's a Media Personality that happens to be able to sing. I suppose that makes him better than most of the others though. Just my opinion which you are free to ignore.

Hunters and Collectors were great, both before and after Mark Seymour learned how to sing.
Spiderbait are still cool, they may have been even cooler before Janet learned to play the bass.
Regurgitator were way cool but have gone pretty quite, maybe coz Quan is busy playing with Janet.
getting a bit more local, in particular Melbourne, who could go past TISM, or a night on the turps with The Meanies or The Cosmic Psychos.
moving away a bit from Aussie music, anyone interested in the 80's indie music scene might get a buzz out of this blog...
