| Tower 6 here as well. Wind is strong at this estate but I also agree it is pleasant in the summer.
In terms of quality it is top notch for this price range. Fixtures and design are tasteful and good quality as you would expect from SHKP (every flat has a LCD tv in the bathroom mirror).
I think the bigger question is whether you prefer to face west with a warmer ocean view or east with a cooler city view. |
