| yeah, unfortunately Lammarite is rite, much as we like to think equality for all, it's not really the case... i't sjust like they can pay a better looking person or younger person more than an older/uglier person here in Asia... it's really discrimination. if i were the company, i would post 2 separate ads... but then again $$$$ - anyways, stuff like this if you are truly passionate about it, see if you can do something about it - or else you'll need to just pick your battles out there.. |
