I dunno about that, by the time the plane taxi's and parks, they open the doors, you walk to immigration, go through immigration (which can take 15 minutes alone if you are a visitor) Wait for luggage and then walk through customs you are looking at 40 minutes or so at least. Don't try to say one can get home to Central in 5 minutes.
