The key word in your post is BIG, and BIG just doesn't go in most flats in Hong Kong. Generally speaking, the white goods (washers, dryers, fridges, etc) are scaled down to HK apartment size, and many flats are built to accept these slimmed down models.

If you have a flat sorted and know the dimensions of your laundry area (closet, corner, etc) then you might be able to figure out if it is worth it, but option B is sell them and buy something new (if needed) when you get to HK.
