Sadly I can not freeze leftovers either as our fridge/freezer is teeny-tiny. But my 4lb est for 2 people included 'bone weight' really we can eat 4lbs of meat, so now I've accounted for 8lbs, plus my 'lil pug dog can eat 1/2 her weight in turkey, so maybe I'd just have 5-6lbs leftover...
