| Visited Shiga Kogen last season, but were less than impressed, sure there are loads of runs and lifts, but the vertical is less than impressive, and the runs are not very long.
I would recommend Naeba ahead of Shiga Kogen, much better vertical and a bit steeper. Naeba also seems to be much more boarder friendly as well, parts of Shiga Kogen are in fact of limits for boarders!
Any one who knows in there is a travel agent that arranges good (and cheap) skiing packages from Hong Kong? |
