About the clinical exam, I have no direct experience but I've been told its a bit like finals - history taking/diagnosis etc Somebody I spoke to had to overcome a language barrier with the patient without an interpreter but managed to get the diagnosis. That was nice of the examiners! Her opinion was that they really don't want the expats in!
