p.s. you'll probably get asked a lot here : have u considered adopting from SPCA/Dog rescue?? they might not all be purebred but am sure they are all lovable
kennels are opened during CNY but u will have to reserve fast as i'm sure they'll be in great demand, esp. some of the nicer one (those that DO look like a hotel). there are some traditional kennels in NT, w/ wired fenced runs, concrete floors, etc. u will have to do some research and maybe visit a few before deciding. some pet stores also have boarding services but they just stick fido in one of the cages, horrible way to spend the holidays.
