She should be OK with other doggies given that she's already living with 4 at your mom's. Also, as long as the dogs are carefully introduced (keep them separate to sniff each other out..trail-time together before letting them loose...proper training & coaching of behavior when they're together..etc.) they should eventually get along. I've owned dogs, cats, ducks and they've all lived happily together (yes, even the duck and cat got along..). There's always exceptions, of course, but since your dog is already socialized it should be OK.
To get a new dog in HK, I know I'm a bit of a broken record, but try the SPCA and HK Dog Rescue first. They are very helpful, have a bunch of needy & beautiful animals, and will always be able to tell you the character of the dog (i.e. does he get along with others, that kind of thing). They do have poodles, poodle mixes and labradoodles there. Go and have a look...you never know, you might fall in love...
