| if she is used to other dogs in the house, should be ok. but if she's been only child w/o much social interaction, then can be a problem. when we got our Lhasa (in Canada), we decided to get a companion for her. she was abt 1.5+ yrs when we got a 2nd Lhasa (male) and she didn't like him at all but he totally loved her as she was there when he came home, whereas, he was the newcomer, so i guess she felt he was invading her space. we moved both of them back to HK but eventually had to give the male away as he became very agressive (neutering didn't help) and was biting other family members. |
