Hi All,

I am just wondering if there are any head hunters that are acting on behalf of an individual rather than firms. Most of the recruiters are trying to help firms find suitable fits. Are there recruiters out there that will help individual more to find a suitable position? I am looking for IT positions within the finance/banking area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
