Yang Zhou Chai Farn Recipe

Otherwise known in the west as: Combination Special Fried Rice
.Ingredients

Diced Chinese sausage x 2
frozen corn, pea's, carrots
4 hand fulls little finger sized prawns.
Garlic cloves x 4, finely dice
A garlic clove sized piece of ginger, finely dice.
Tea spoon of seseme oil. ( add to wok first with garlic and ginger)
Finely diced boneless pork chop X 2
3 eggs beaten into omelete then diced up.
A full electric rice steamer worth of rice.

Cook everything together, adding previously steamed rice last, run a medium to high flame, cook in a wok,
stir fry, constantly flip over until the rice loses its sticky nature and becomes
loose.

Word of advice though, when you add steamed rice to the wok, you must keep turning the rice over continually under medium gas flame, otherwise you will burn the rice, and when that happens you might as well throw the whole thing in the bin.
This is what you should end up with in the end.
