Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I just want to vent my frustration here :

Does anyone know for sure where the "rules" for bus transport are, specifically for the ledge that is behind the space reserved for wheelchairs? I've looked on the NWFB webpage and its nowhere to be found.... It's on the Citybus site, but I can't find relevant rule to explain what happened to me this morning.

As I usually take the bus to work in the mornings, nothing...
