Dear all,
We would like to give Sugar and brother Fat (Stray dogs)has a fix place to live. And then, we hope to help animal if their life has danger. So, we have found a good place in Kam Tin near Yuen Long (The area is so large space around of 12000). We are going to raise funds for the CAH Center buildings.

Our Association will be plans the fund to use as follows.
1. Develops foster-center
2. Develops education center.
3. Establishes the urgent medical fund
4. Establishes the urgent helping service fund
Individual and business donors who are chargeable to salaries tax, personal assessment or profits tax can claim deduction for the aggregate of approved charitable donation up to 25% of the assessable income or profits, as the case may be, in the basis period of a year
of assessment. Such aggregate must not be less than $100. (Sections 16D and 26C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance)
