Talking Going to Star Ferry Pier from TST MTR

    Hi,

Is there any bus to go to the Star Ferry Pier from TST MTR?

On that day, I will go to Saikung in the morning via Choi Hung MTR.
Then I will continue to The Peak.

So, from Saikung, back to Choi Hung MTR, continue to TST MTR

From map, it looks quite far (from TST MTR to Star Ferry Pier).

    Thanks.

if you are going to the peak from sai kung:

go to HANG HAU MTR not choi hung.
    take the train to central.
then get the tram or the bus up to the peak.

if you really must go to TST, the walk to the star ferry is about 5-10 minutes along the waterfront and it would be faster than waiting for a bus.

Are ou coming from the HK side or simply meeting up at TST Star Ferry Pier? Actually if you are on the HK side, why don't you just take the MTR to Hang Hau instead of Choi Hung. From there you can catch a bus or Minibus.
From Star Ferry to TST MTR is just a breeze. Walk along the promenade. Head for SOGO and this takes you to the East rail line. About 3 stops takes you to Kowloon Tong. Change to the MTR at Kowloon Tong for Choi Hung. This is the quickest route.

Presumably the person is doing a very rushed day of touristing and wants to include the Star Ferry.

The Star Ferry Pier is about 400m from the nearest TST MTR exit. There are signs in the TST MTR telling you which exit to use and then signs at street level to follow. It's no more than 5-7 minutes walk.

Having said that, HKIT's alternative of catching the MTR to TST East station does give you a slightly longer walk, but it is along the waterfront with the view, so that is probably the better option.

I would recommend going to TST East (KCR Station) and getting out at Soho for a walk along the waterfront. The walk is so easy from there even if it might be lightly longer. No silly subways to worry about or anything.

Either way though, if you can walk ok it really isn't anything to get a bus about.

To avoid confusing the OP, that is of course a typo for "Sogo" (the name of a store which is signposted on one of the exits).
