I would like to have some referrals to clinics or someone who can help with anger management.

I've been helped by Dr. Chiu -I used to break things and get extremely upset. I am much more in control of my life and temper now. He can be reached at 2893-3367 (SureWit Profits Limited) This is one of his retail offices but you can ask for his contact there for anger management and they will refer you. Dr. Chiu does a lot of private work with anger management and suicide victims. Just leave a message for his staff there and he'll call you back.

I'm lucky to have gotten over it. Anger solves nothing. The only thing it creates is resentment. It sucks when people are mad at you.

I still do throw things on occasion though. lol

I learned during my session with Dr. Chiu that certain people can anger you more than others. Although ultimately you need to better understand yourself, certain trigger factors need to be acknowledged.
