Purely Killing Time Mahjong Player Wanted
I would like to gather a group of mahjong player who purely to kill time only, NOT to make money. Anyone interested?
I am a beginner, welcome all from basic level to advance level.
The main purpose was to kill time and to practise the mahjong skill. NOT aim to earn money, so don't need to scare advance level player pretend as beginner play in our group.
I suggest play in the Mahjong House and the expenses share by loser.
Example:
1. 2 loser 2 winner (main loser 60%, second loser 40%)
2. 3 loser 1 winner (main loser 50%, second loser 35%, third loser 15%)
Winner no need to pay the expenses but no earn also.
JUST FOR FUN!!!
For me,
Any Place in HK & Kowloon (Of course not in NT)
Any time.
Interested guy and gal, please leave a message here, & suggest your prefer time and location.

Now that's more like it! Anyone playing for the money previously suggested is a regular player and I certainly wouldn't like to be forking out $128 dollars every game if I'm on a bad losing streak. $32 ok, but not 3 figures.
I'm free from 5 pm onwards but the best time is Saturday evenings. HK island preferred.

How much will it cost to play in a mahjong house per hour?
We usually let the winners pay the price,ha...

Its should be HKD600 or a little bit more for the whole night expenses for room and some food and drink.
I suggest the game play in this way because we still don't knows each other and how the guy mahjong skill. It's not fun to play if everytime have to lose a lot of money.
If play in the normal calculation way, a beginner might be lose few thousand a night. That not play anymore, it's gambling.
The way I suggest was, we play the games with the normal calculation for cumulative point (Again, I would like to mention, it's point not money) . At the end who the loser, then pay the our whole night mahjong house expenses. It's not too costly.
By this way, beginner don't need to worried about the high lose amount. For advance level player, they can always try for "Big Card", which they can't do everytime for normal play.
SO, both beginner and advance level player will HAVE FUN!!!
loser : pay expenses but gain fun
winner : gain fun
If my purpose sound good for you, just leave a message here stated your prefer time and location.

So the loser, not only forks out money for losing, but has to pay for the use of the room?
Count me out.

I think you are misunderstanding my propose, NO money need to pay for the whole night games. We just calculate the cumulative point to determine the final winner and loser. The final loser have to pay the mahjong house expenses only. That all, NOT games money.
As I mentioned "Purely Killing Time" Mahjong.
If I looking for gambling, I can just walk in to some of the mahjong house, there have a lot people can play with.
Send me a PM (private message) if still not understand. Maybe we can exchange contact number, let me explain verbally to you.

A fun game- No Problem
I don't mind to play to pass the time.
If there are 3 legs that agree, I don't mind playing 8 rounds.
Losers pay for room fee. It is far.
Canto mahjong, play by 3 fold-8 fold rule with no jackpot.
Count chips at the end to determine winner or loser.
I am good any night time this week.
Hong Kong- Wan Chai area has rooms.

Guy/gal, please leave your preferable date and time, location here to come with final agreement.
Any location in HK and Kowloon was fine for me, as long as that place "clean". "Clean" means everytime espeacially clean from trouble.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR FUN NOT TROUBLE!!!
Just suggest your regular place...
I can't wait to start it...my hand start itchy already...ha...ha...
