    Cantonese food/ restaurant

I need to make a dinner reservation for an out of town guest of my husband's tonight. We would like really good Cantonese food (duck please!) in a pretty and convenient location on HK Island. Carpark nearby is a plus. Any recommendations?

Jade Garden is always a safe choice (actually any of the maxims restaurants are safe) when treating an overseas guest to something authentic.

Shanghai Garden is also pretty decent and you get a fair bit of mixed chinese food as opposed to the canto fare.

The only good Cantonese food is Fish N' Chips, black pudding, and tea with crumpets (and/or scones)
