MPF, what happens when I leave HK?

Hi Hi people.

Got a little query re the MPF. I'm on a local contract so my employer will pay x% into it and I'll pay x% in as well.

Now as an expat I can contract out of the MPF thingy.

Now if I decide to leave HK, what happens to my MPF scheme fund? Can I transfer it out? Can I draw on it, etc?
